Nobody ever answers the phone to rent a property.
I have lived at GFP for 8 years. I feel safe at this apartment complex. Everytime I need something done, the maintenance guys are spot on in getting it fixed. They are quick and accurate and very courteous and professional at their job. It's also a quiet place to live. I am very pleased and glad to tell people that I live at Quail Run Apartments. I also like the fact that it is centrally located!
I have been here at Brookvilage ll for almost 3 years, the people around me are awesome neighbors... The Gill Family property manager is awesome, she's always polite, always quick to help in anyway possible, maintenance guys are great and get to you pretty quickly when you have issues, I've never seen a bug since I've lived here.. Only issue I personally have, I think they could do better about keeping the units outside power washed to keep down spiders and wasp.
Everyone do yourself a favor and DONT ever rent from Gill Family Properties. We have put in OVER 13 maintenance requests because of our AC leaking. They won't fix it... they just slap a bandaid on the issue and call it done. Woke up this morning and had water all over our kitchen floor. Jake put in a maintenance request thinking thr AC was leaking again. He gets an email saying the job has been complete.
