Buyer beware!!! We were told to clean my kids apartment with leaking septic water, were told our sinks and toilets were too nasty to fix. That's why we didn't flush. We didn't want it in the floor again. Stayed less than two weeks, ripped off over 2k. Nice scam they have going. Next person will probably get my unit in the same condition. This is rated so high because 0 isn't an option.
Nobody ever answers the phone to rent a property.
I have lived at GFP for 8 years. I feel safe at this apartment complex. Everytime I need something done, the maintenance guys are spot on in getting it fixed. They are quick and accurate and very courteous and professional at their job. It's also a quiet place to live. I am very pleased and glad to tell people that I live at Quail Run Apartments. I also like the fact that it is centrally located!
