Unit was advertised as hardwood, but was fully carpeted with old, smelly carpeting. I did a virtual tour of a fake unit since I lived in another state! I moved in anyhow. There is a raw sewage smell coming from laundry room that is nauseating. Pest control comes out but did not remedy the small ant issue. They were everywhere! Then there's the issue of barking dogs from the next door unit. This unit at Bluff Canyon Townhomes is a dump and feels more like a project than a nice safe place to live. DO NOT RENT!!!!
