I can not say enough about how awesome this company is and how fast and friendly all the staff is the manager Harvetta is amazing to get back to you quickly about a question you have for her and I can not praise how fast and efficient the maintenance is they do a fantastic job thank you all for taking care of rme the best comp I have ever rented from the best I recommend the Gill Family property for sure always a pleasure to interact with them all
Unit was advertised as hardwood, but was fully carpeted with old, smelly carpeting. I did a virtual tour of a fake unit since I lived in another state! I moved in anyhow. There is a raw sewage smell coming from laundry room that is nauseating. Pest control comes out but did not remedy the small ant issue. They were everywhere! Then there's the issue of barking dogs from the next door unit. This unit at Bluff Canyon Townhomes is a dump and feels more like a project than a nice safe place to live. DO NOT RENT!!!!
