My right side entry door was bent (by the wind) before taking occupancy. When I asked about it prior to move in, they assured me they could fix it, so I took occupancy and kept calling them to address the issue. They came out a few times and tried to adjust it, but their techs knew less about adjusting a door than my landlord. Other times, I would ask them to make an appointment to discuss it, and they would miss the appointments and/or show up after hours, never informing me of their visit.
