Great business, puts bunnings to shame
I have been a few times to get things for home improvement, each time I have been helped by Mick.. he’s always taken the time to explain, give me options and is just a downright wonderful man. He is patient and enthusiastic. I heard one other employee say he’s been there for MANY years and I’m sure it’s because he genuinely loves his job. I’m sure all the other reviews about customer service are because of him! It’s reassuring that a non tradie female is welcomed and not intimidated because of his genuine nature.
