The staff is really friendly and always greeting me with a smile (it comes through even with a mask on). FBO lounge and coffee areas are always stocked and cleaned regularly.
Very nice Staff, and great facilities, with an easy access in the Houston Area.
This airport has turned into a real dump. It had been several years since I stoppe by Hooks, and was shocked at how bad it has been maintained! The road ways are in terrible condition, fencing everywhere, make one feel like they are entering a prison. Very negative place to be compared to years ago before Gill’s family purchased it.
