Dr. Gillio presented me with 1 treatment to which I agreed and by the time he got around to starting treatment 15 months later it was on a different doubling the cost. He went over this revised treatment plan by way of U.S mail with virtually no explanation. 2 full years after first visit (for which I had sought treatment) there was still a bicuspid broken at upper gum line which hadn't been addressed. Dr. Gilio is an extremely caring periodontist. He is knowledgable in his field, gentle with his patients and always goes over a tretment plan with you. He uses the lastest state of the art technology and equipment. Lasser treatment is another one of his specialties, has given numerous lectures on the subject. He is not only in private pratice but also teaches at the University of Southern California and well liked by staff, colleagues and students.
