I was a patient of Dr. Giles from when I was 14 until I was 17. I can't comment on the price since my mom paid for it. My mouth was a mess but years later, I still get compliments from my dentists on my teeth and how perfect my permanent retainer is (I am now 30). Yes, it was painful. Anyone who has had braces (and a top and bottom expander) and can attest to that but it was all worth it when you see other people having to get braces put on again while my (and my brother's and cousin's!) teeth are still perfect! Dr Giles patients love him. He's very caring and give the family a full explaination of what he is doing and what can be expected. His prices are very reasonable for the work being done! We all think he among the best in Houston!

Does not provide an update as to the progress of the treatment nor does he tell you what the plan treatment is going to be. I only found out that my treatment was extended by 6 months when I asked. Does not respect my wishes as to what I wanted done or not done to my teeth. It is my opinion that the bands should be changed out every month, to prevent any breakage in between visits. Reasonable cost is a major concern to most of us, and Dr. Giles has held the line these ten years with all our kids in providing *exceptional* care for a price that is in-line with the average around Houston. So the categories to rank his practice of "like a 5 star hotel" or "like a health spa" simply do not apply to a professional practice where we have witnessed 100s of other satisfied patients (children and adults) while waiting for our own kids. well he was actaally my dads dentist from decades ago, so my dad, knowing he was a great guy for the job, took me there. i had horrible! teeth! horrible! my mouth was basiclaly deformed, i had a BIG overbite, and my bottom teeth where very high! in my mouth. 2 years with giles and my teeth are in perfect condition. like his slogan says- "SMILES MY GILES"

Dr.Giles is a wonderful orthodontis in Houston, Texas. He treats you well and explains each strategy to you so you'll know what he will be doing in the process, which is great! He's staff and customer service are also wonderful. So thank you Dr. Giles for making my teeth look great!
