Have had nothing but amazing experiences at Giles Volvo. Today I brought my XC90 in for services, and while waiting went to make a coffee. Unfortunately the machine was down and was pending repairs, but was quickly offered a cold soda or water. Not a big deal right? Well 10 minutes into my wait a gentleman employee walked up with a coffee for me from Starbucks because he knew that I initially wanted a coffee. How amazing and thoughtful!
