Horrible Service at Anderson Subaru of Pensacola I had a horrible experience at Anderson Subaru of Pensacola. I took my car in for an AC diagnostic and was absolutely shocked when they charged me over $300 for it. After contacting my warranty company, I found out they only requested $170 for the same diagnostic. When I tried to get clarification from the dealership, I was met with no satisfactory explanation. In Aug of 2023 I purchased a used car from this dealership. As part of the financing, I had to buy an extended warranty. In Dec of 2024 the car broke down and I had it towed there for repairs. After about 6 weeks I was told it was repaired and to pick it up. Upon leaving the car was still driving the same as when it first broke down. I returned the car immediately and told them it was not repaired!!
