So far so good. However when my transmission was slipping they pretended not to know what was going on. I come here for oil changes when traveling. I wanted to get a battery for my key fob and they told me that the little screw in the remote was stripped. I can't remember but I think I got my last battery here.
I bought a new truck here in December 2025. The service department wanted to charge me over $487.00 just to install the tow receiver that I purchased on my own. That's a one (1) hour job. B&M Auto Sound & 4x4 here in Lafayette did the installation for $200.00 and did a great job!
I have faithfully gone every six months to tend to my truck. I want to last a while longer. But, I am not pleased at the cost of the parts was so low and the LABOR was very high. I usually bring my truck in the local mechanic to look at things. The labor is far less.
