Grossly overcharged for unit 6 years ago...compressor is already shot....replacing, but wouldn’t deal with these people ever again...after all, they think they are doing you a favor. In my humble opinion, the worst company out there.
Absolute Best Service! We just bought our 2nd heat pump from Giles. This unit was installed in a home we bought and are completely remodeling. We've dealt with Giles for years, and have never had any complaint with the service they provide! Very customer friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to please. I'm dismayed by the lack of utility we English teachers exhibit around the house. I'm seldom prompted to conjugate a verb or evaluate a sentence construct. Resume needs are useful at a rate of once every quarter century or so it seems. And though I can spot missing Oxford commas on Fox, misplaced modifiers hidden in an array of wordings in all manner of publications, and improper homophone use at an alarming rate, these uttered realizations evoke more angst than enlightenment. They are nice let me make payments for a/c unit and compressor. But the unit has given me lots of problems. Took them 6 visits one time to find what was wrong with unit and another time the man was on the phone and said unit looked ok then he happened to check coil and had insulation in it so only FAIR SERVICE ABLILTY. WHAT REALLY UPSET ME WAS THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE IN 2 HOURS TO LOOK AT MY DUCTS AND AFTER 5 AND HALF HOURS OF ME WAITING WITH NO PHONE CALL THEY STILL HAD NOT SHOWN UP AND TO ME THIS IS VERY VER... read more
