Love renting from them, great people!
Owned by a couple of slumlords who send their son with zero skill to “fix” things. Needless to say numerous things in the house haven’t been usable for over a year. I eventually stopped sending maintenance requests after her son was relaying untrue information to his parents, causing Edith to accuse me of running a daycare in the home because there were three small boys (my relatives) in my home when Ron the glorified janitor came to pretend to fix the cheap tub faucet that kept falling off.
