If I could give you all a million stars I would! Our daughter and husband were on their honeymoon and the vehicle (that we reassured them was reliable!) broke down. I don't know which employees did this, but they gave them a jump, figured out it was the alternator and helped them put it in. This was above and beyond customer service, it was such a kind gesture, that we can't even repay. Thank you so very much!!!
Super helpful. The last at the counter not only found my part, she upgraded it. It was a pulley. The plastic one exploded so she was able to take my dimensions and get a baby duty metal one. Now that my problem is fixed, the metal could be overkill but she got it done.
