I had an incredible experience with Giles Auto Repairs. After being quoted $7,500 from a dealership for repairs, I took it to Giles for a second opinion. Had I indeed needed everything the dealership was suggesting, they would have done the same work for less than a third of the price. Went there for a supposed used car inspection. Was a horrible, unprofessional atmosphere, guy had an attitude like he was mad about something and the inspection, lets just say that it was a 3, maybe 4 point inspection. 1st thing they did was get in the car with grease all over his shoes and ruined the floor mats, not to mention Im still wiping grease off of my steering wheel and shift knob. These people are very knowledgeable and do excellent service. I could not ask for more from an automotive repair shop. If you don't use them you are missing a very professional and excellent opportunity.
