“I had a deeply concerning experience with Gilead Community Services and would strongly urge others to do careful research before placing a loved one in their care. In my experience, staff appeared unprofessional and inadequately trained, with more focus on internal conversations like the case manager talking about deeply personal information violating the so called HIPPA law she preaches,than patient care. If I could give less than one star I would. They do not take care of the properties under their direction. The residents that live in one of the properties do not pick up for themselves and litter everywhere. The director of the property obviously doesn’t care either. They have to drive/ walk by the mess to get into the building every day.
Absolutely horrific. Funny that this place has a mission statement of “compassionate, individualized care”. This place refuses to work with me and doesn’t listen to anything that I say. I am disabled and they are now putting additional financial and physical burdens in place to make obtaining my medications absolute Hell. I have been failed by these people multiple times. Really went down hill after Dr. Forman left. They will tell you, "you don't look autistic",even though you are". Go to Easter seals to get Autism eval, they will help you.
