Absolutely horrific. Funny that this place has a mission statement of “compassionate, individualized care”. This place refuses to work with me and doesn’t listen to anything that I say. I am disabled and they are now putting additional financial and physical burdens in place to make obtaining my medications absolute Hell. I have been failed by these people multiple times. Really went down hill after Dr. Forman left. They will tell you, "you don't look autistic",even though you are". Go to Easter seals to get Autism eval, they will help you.
I like what they do to help me in ways that I can't do it on my own
With COVID they seem unwilling or unable to adequately serve their clientelle. My son has no problem getting in touch with his psychiatrist, but trying to get a hold of his therapist is next to impossible. Nobody returns phone calls. Funny thing is the people they are supposed to serve are at high risk. Update ... They continue to provide piss poor service
