Very terrible service. The receptionist always angry and unorganized! Its hard to get an appointment
When we were engaged, my husband of 3 years and I had premarital counseling here at Gilead. We were having some issues, but we worked through them with our counselor. We are doing very well and love one another very much. I do contribute a lot of this to our couseling experience at Gilead. It is located on the southside of Chicago which can be a bit daunting, but we never felt threatened.
Does this psychologist offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule Was it easy to make an appointment with this psychologist? No, it took a while How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best
Would you recommend this psychologist to others? Absolutely Not Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this psychologist have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call

They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Was this psychologist's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment
