After 50+ years of owning Harley-Davidsons and 25 years of dealing with Gildners HD in West Branch, I have never had better service. And my purchases have been superb experiences. Anyone who has a problem there probably has a problem everywhere.

I don't normally use dealerships for service, for various reasons. But during a 10 day trip the wife's bike had a bearing in the inner primary going bad, pulled into Gildners to get it checked out. They had the parts in stock, and put the bike on the lift immediately. We were in and out in a couple of hours at a very reasonable price. Great experience, would definitely use them again.
Called on Friday about an 11 year old part. Not only did they have it but the owner had it set aside on the counter for me when I got there Saturday. Nothing beats great service, thanks!
Very helpful and friendly service with a large verity of items in stock
All around bad service. Never got greeted. Girls were too busy talking amongst themselves to help me with my questions. Walked out and will just shop online. Third time this has happened. Very rude! My friend brought his bike in and they couldn't even get it fixed. He had to rent a car to get home and rent a trailer to drive back and take his bike home. Another friend bought a bike here and his gas tank leaked and ruined his paint job.

We are sorry you feel that way. Our goal is to greet everyone that comes into the dealership but sometimes someone gets missed because we may assume another employee has already waited on them. We are aware of the bike you are speaking of, but it did come in after hours on Saturday. The owner of the dealership did wait for him to arrive even tho the dealership was closed.
