Center of FiDi. Nice common areas
This is the Hyatt experience I am expecting. Very nice and polite staff. The environment is unique and stylish. The room is gorgeous. It’s a pleasant surprise of the trip.
Excellent service!! Would stay again
Stayed for 2 nights to attend a wedding in NYC. The location was great and the staff, very helpful. They have some gym area but really limited equipment but I realize space is limited. The room was good/comfortable but dated. The Restaurant that is located next to the hotel (Felice) was not great so find better options for breakfast and dinner. Two gulps of coffee for $4.50 and no free refills. Not sure if it is associated with the hotel or not so I did not let it effect the review
