This hotel was amazing. I lost a very valuable item worth thousands of dollars! Housekeeping turned my item in and they mailed it to me overnight mail!! I was devastated and just was accepting the loss but this staff went above and beyond to get my item back to me!! I won’t be staying anywhere else when I come to NYC!
Staff saved my travel companion $8k by saving something that a lesser hotel could’ve easily thrown away (medical device). Thank you so much! Our stay was wonderful, great location and hotel has cool vibes and attentive staff. Prosecco at check in was a nice touch!!!
Good location, clean room and friendly staff. Can be a bit overpriced though.
Nice Finnancial District hotel. Typically smallish NYC hotel. Good common spaces. Darkish decor.
