Great hotel. Quiet and perfect for couples. The location is great and close to the subway.
Our stay was comfortable and the service was outstanding! Rob made the check in, customer service and check out great - we look forward to coming back! Felice was delicious too
The room needed touch ups. Visible water damage in the bathroom. $35 facility fee even though they have zero amenities. AVOID
Great location in financial district so you have access to some of the best monuments only a 15 mins walk away. Service was great and friendly. The room was clean, and fresh smelling.
My husband and I originally had an Airbnb booked, but when we arrived, it was drastically different from what was shown in the listing. In a bit of a panic, we started searching for nearby quality hotels—and thankfully, the Gild Hall - Thompson had availability! The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating, and we’re so grateful we were placed in a clean, comfortable room so quickly.
