Really enjoyed my stay. Those working the front desk were kind and attentive. When I needed some feminine products, they had some sent to my room without any questions! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great - right around the corner from the Fulton St stop or a short walk to Wall St.
BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I don’t think I’ll be able to emphasize enough how much I enjoyed my stay here; I’ll probably end up leaving something amazing out. THE STAFF like wow everyone was so so kind and accommodating at the front desk. I was brought almond milk from the kitchen (without asking!!) for the lovely Nespresso machine. Such a life saver. I absolutely adore this boutique luxury stay in NYC! They are pet friendly and even have a "dog concierge" (basically just a cute golden retriever that greets you!) Staff is incredibly friendly and they drop water off at your door in the evenings. Will 100% stay again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
