!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY !!! One of the main guys (Scott) is racist and only provides water onsite to white employees. My first day on the job I saw someone get a water bottle from the cases that were onsite, and the next day he was fired for not asking permission. It was 91 degrees out that day and we were pouring hot asphalt without being provided accessible drinking water. By law they HAVE to provide drinking water to employees on construction sites. When you start working they make you wait FOUR WEEKS for your first paycheck... read more
