A thief in every meaning of the word – My car was towed from a private parking lot downtown and was not parked illegally. Gilchrist towing picked up my car then lied about even having the car when they were called by me and the police department. Similar stories have been told that he is notorious for picking up cars and hiding them to rack up fees and towing costs.
