Hired to finish a small attic space, 11x11. Started in December and finished in March. Very friendly and accommodating at first but the project took MUCH too long. He'd work for 1-2 hrs and call it a day. Replacing a window with a larger one was hung crooked, the drywall finish was horrendous, the seams were all crooked, the insulation he claims he installed is woefully inadequate.
