I made an appointment online but when I checked in with reception, they had no record of my appointment. She explained their online scheduling system is often faulty. Despite my offering to come back when they were expecting me, she checked to see if they have the parts I needed for my recall service. She confirmed that they did, and that even though they weren't planning on my car in their schedule they were able to get me in.
