I am blown away by the customer service & act of kindness I just received at Gilchrest Chevrolet in Port Orchard. I am in town for some military training and rented a car at SeaTac. Unbeknownst to me, I inadvertently rented an electric vehicle. Obviously my bad for missing that it was an EV. Professional, efficient, personable. Wonderful people to work with!
They fixed everything that was wrong. But I'm not buying my tires there, I was given two quotes and then I called to ask if I bought the tires from you are there free tire repairs and free tire rotation like most dealerships do to retain customers and I was told no. That made it alot easier for me to decide. I'm gonna spend my cash at Les Schwab where they do offer that. You guys have to do a better job at retaining customers
