After 2 experiences, I would not recommend this service department. They never answered their phone or returned messages. Even when calling the main operator, if there is no answer the call goes to a voice mail where the mailbox is full. I was forgotten about and no effort was made to look into my concerns without me having to get forceful and demand answers. Walking into the service department is no better.
