Phenomenal people work here from the salesman to customer service in the service department these people do the right thing for their customers
I had to come back here to change my five stars to one star. I had an issue where they didn't change the oil and an independent third party shop. Confirmed this when my car almost had catastrophic engine failure. When I took it into Midland automotive, they noticed that there wasn't missing sticker where you would always put a sticker. If you did the oil change. That was missing. It was 2 and 1/2 quarts low after driving about 300 mi since the oil change. Had a really great experience at both this place and the place they own across the street. I had services done on my SUV. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pressured or pushed. I was pleasantly surprised at how modern everything is. All around good experience and I would come back. The entrances and exits to the building itself are flat. I took my blazer to this place because it had a shudder or shudder when pushing the gas pedal. Long story short they replaced something that didn't fix the problem and had me pay $700. Wtf kind of dealership maintenance place is this. A place that just wants your money. I would not recommend this place at all. Good customer service but they don't know what they are doing under the hood.
