I purchased a new vehicle from spur Chevrolet and let them do the financing also bought a service contract.This was on a weekend.So on the following Monday I refinanced the truck through my credit union at a way cheaper interest rate than GM.I also purchased a service contract with the credit union.I called the dealership to cancel the service contract that I paid for 4403.00 and they sent me all the paperwork to sign.I signed it and returned it’s been over 60 days and all they do is give me the run around.Lies after lies wi... read more
If you want to be lied to by an insurance salesman while “waiting” for finance and waste your time, then look no further than purchasing from here. Utter waste of time when Gilchrist sends in an insurance pitch under the premise that it will “make financing go faster”. The finance guy was nice until we said we didn’t want an extended warranty then whistled another tune and was extremely rude. I’ll never purchase another vehicle from anyone associated with this dealership.
Arryn was awesome. He went way out of his way and came in on his day off to help my son buy his first car. Thank you sir!
