Dealing with Carolynne is extremely difficult. I was chasing reimbursement to be told their systems were down for a lengthy period. This of course didn't stop them sending out invoices. Happy to charge but not happy to credit. Emails and calls were rarely replied to.
I'm worried something may have happened as I can never get through. I've left messages in the past for Carolynne Pitt for them to not be returned.
