Dealing with Carolynne is extremely difficult. I was chasing reimbursement to be told their systems were down for a lengthy period. This of course didn't stop them sending out invoices. Happy to charge but not happy to credit. Emails and calls were rarely replied to.
I'm worried something may have happened as I can never get through. I've left messages in the past for Carolynne Pitt for them to not be returned.
Like a true numbskull, Vilam Mako below makes absolutely no sense & his review contain mis-truths. Considering the building was supremely well managed by Gilbey Burgess thru 15 plus years, with myself as the Chairman of the Owners Corp the improvements made were a victory of self-management with excellent Strata Management advice & support. Because a SM rightfully refuses to buy into waring Strata Committee disagreements is not a valid reason for & is a paper-thin platform for vindictive & wrong-headed statements.
