Horrible experience, took 3 times longer to repair my vehicle than promised, heard every excuse in the book..."2 guys called out sick, death in the family...wrong parts shipped out (twice), my insurance company gave the wrong qoute" They said they would keep me updated, but never did. Every time I called them I was treated like a nuisance, and told that I have no idea what it's like to work in a vehicle. I'd rather have a root canal than deal with Roberta and Gilbertsville Auto body again!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I've never dealt with someone who was so rude and ignorant in all my life!! I was told my car would be done the week after Thanksgiving and I just got it back today! It was one b.s. story after another. Not one single person called me to tell me what was going on the entire time. I had to keep calling them and they had the nerve to yell at me!!! Excellent service and nice people. Had a great experience with the mechanics at Moonlit on the other side of the auto body shop. Fixed a problem for me that 3 other shops couldn't because they are experts in working on European cars. Can't thank them enough. Will be continuing to take my BMW there.
