I put in a late order, and even though they were very busy, they worked late and the flowers were delivered. Flowers are beautiful as well. Thanks, Gilbert!
Very disappointing experience. I paid an extra $13 for the “deluxe” version of the sequin bouquet for Mother’s Day. It arrived and didn’t have any spray roses. When I called to ask about it the man working there said “I ran out of them but put in extra carnations, sorry if you’re disappointed..” Was not offered any compensation. My granddaughters who live in California sent me a lovely floral arrangement from Gilbert's for Mother's Day. I received them on the Saturday. Today is Thursday and they are still as vibrant and aromatic as they were when they were delivered. Great job Gilbert's . I know who I will be using in the future. Thank you.
