Rude is best way to describe the staff. Dr. is at best of limited ability. They sent a minor bill to collections that was paid by my insurance. Would not recommend to anyone. Find another general practitioner.

Moved from the Clearwater area and was concerned on finding a good Doctor. I’m very happy that I found Dr. Lozano. He’s very thorough and expedited my referrals quickly. Even has given me my Lab Requisition for my upcoming appointment. That’s being very efficient, I’m very happy and satisfied with Dr. Losano.

I am so glad I left this practice the doctor will not call you if you want to talk to him the nurses try and handle it which they cannot handle every aspect new doctor I have calls me and talks to me over the phone and then we decide where we need to go I don’t talk to some nurse

Dr Lozano is always open to answering questions and he does not rush his appointments.

Both my wife and I have seen Dr. Lozano as our primary doctor for over 5 years. He is thorough and takes the time to listen. When in the hospital, his treatment is the same—no rushing in and out. He can get backed up in the office (an hour wait has been the longest) because he may be late from visitng patients in the hospital or a patient before you may require a longer block of time. Understanding his commitment to each patient makes it acceptable to me.

Dr. Lozano is one of those rare Dr's. That takes time to talk to his patients and listen to what they have to say. He believes that he doesn’t need to order every test in the book in order to treat. He is head and shoulders above 90% of the Dr's in Polk county.
