I can't say enough about my man "Flat Fee Frank"! I had interviewed a traditional broker who had higher fees than Frank, and there was literally no difference in strategy or services. Frank was hired and sold my home in 10 days to a cash buyer and we closed 2 weeks later. Frank has also guided me in another home purchase I was hesitant on and was truly a trusted advisor for the entire process.
