I feel bad for the refs. They hire kids to ref but the comish and his family bully the refs. For the past few years they have led the Bills team. 99% of the calls go their way and a bunch of calls (e.g. obvious false starts) don't get called. Most coaches are good good but dont expect the flags to be fair or consistent, definatley skewed towards the comissioners team. My kids have played several years and its the same each season. We like the coach and kids so stuck around. But very frustrating anytime we play the Bills.

Not a fair league! I feel bad for the refs. They hire kids to ref but the comish and his kids bully the refs, its the Bills team. Guess what, 99% of the calls go their way and a bunch of calls (e.g. obvious false starts) don't get called. Many coaches do good but cant recommend the league because calls consistently skewed. My kids have played a few seasons and its objectively biased.

My child who loves playing football and is in second grade was placed on a team where his coaches son played the entire game and was always the quarterback. We lost most games 28 to 0 and my son only had an opportunity to be on the field 2-3 plays per game. The coach had the same four kids on the field the whole game and rotated the 5th player through the remaining seven kids on the team.
