We went to home Depot with a trailer thinking we were bringing home a stove and a washing machine and after waiting around for a half hour they said "those are delivery only, in 3 or 4 days". So we said goodbye and went to Gilberts where there is much better service and we were able to get our appliances TODAY for about the same prices. Thank you very much for the help gentlemen! 5 stars from us.
Great customer service. Would go to Gilbert's way before going to a big box store. They seem to really care that I'm there.
Best hardware store right in the heart of historic downtown Owosso. It's so much more than a basic hardware store. Great staff and wonderful customer service!
