As a part of Lincecum Properties I can honestly say that around 80-90% of these reviews are NOT former tenants of our properties. I don’t know how we went from 6 reviews to 40+ in a matter of 6 months with all of them dated years back. It seems like we’ve inherited the reviews of the former property management when we bought their building
These people are rude, open their small window and shut it and don’t talk properly.
