Poor communication, took my wife to her appointment to be turned away and sent back home. Time off work, could have been avoided with a phone call.
Recently I had a root canal done and found Dr. Gilbert's practice to be professional and warm and friendly as well. My procedure was basically painless and done in a timely manner. The gentle care of Dr. Gilbert and his staff were a balm for any anxiety I had. I highly recommend Dr. Gilbert!
Took almost 45 mins to be seen after appt time. He suggests the $200 scan not covered by insurance and it just scanned the upper teeth.. I felt pain on lower side same day after but was told the scan was just for upper teeth..
Highly recommend Dr. Gilbert and his team. Highly skilled and caring manner. Good outcome for me.
Dr. Gilbert and his staff made my treatment of a root canal a very positive experience. Went over the procedure and answered all questions that came to mind. Also spent time finding shared interests which helped quelling any anxiety.
