Called to buy business Insurance, figured a local place would be high service and needed asap. Melissa answered, and wouldn't even have someone call me back, all up to me.
Complete rip off doubled my rate and could not make any other suggestions wanted to keep that so he would get maximum amount of commission only in it for himself
