Limited days and hours, and services by appointment only, make it difficult to schedule appointments. Receptionist calls without information requested and this makes it difficult to schedule at all. Gave 3 stars one week ago...now changing to only 1. Poor customer service...can't seem to follow-up with me about an appointment to pick up glasses. This doctor is the best, I don't know what i will do when he retires! He really takes the time to care not just about my vision but my overall health.
