They were caring and nice.the Drs are knowledgeable.
I've been a patient of Dr. Odle's for years, and I still love the care I received from him, but something is just plain wrong at the office now. I went in to see NP Patrick Lopez for my annual visit because it would have been a while before I could see Dr. Odle. I am also happy with the medical service he provided. One thing that keeps popping up is that my medical history at the office is always missing one thing or another, even when I mention it to the nurse who does the initial interview. Was a patient at Gilbert internal medicine with Patrick Lopez (who was good) but the changes to 4C to Optum have ruined this place. Now when I try to go in and ask for my records - they can see them but they refuse to give them to me. “They’re not here” I’m told. Ok - maybe not physically but surely you can print them off - No! They’re in archive - well, get them and print them off - I’ll wait. No is their answer to everything! IMO there has to be some kind of HIPPA violations when the office flat out refuses and roadblocks ... read more
Worst and most unprofessional “care” business I have ever experienced. This facility would be better suited to treat animals and even then they would treat them with inhumane policies and scripts. I will be reporting them to the Arizona State Medical Board.
