Zack came to the rescue tonight!! It was a simple fix but he had it under control, in and out in no time, hardly any wait for him to get here(10pm)!!! With these harsh temps, we couldn't wait til morning! Thank you!
No one could figure out why my furnace was short cycling. Dillon(sp?) showed up 10 minutes early, worked on it for 2 and a half hours and fixed every issue! He also made sure to explain all the issues to me and how he was going to fix them. AND it cost about half what I was expecting to have to pay. My house is finally comfortable again! The dogs and I thank you!
Tech Randy F. was on time and serviced my furnace. He found a few minor things and brought them to my attention and corrected them. I have used them in the past and would recommend them!
