I called June 24th to schedule a service and was told the next week was full and had to schedule a service for July 2nd at 8-9am. I get a call on July 1st from Emily asking if I could move my appointment to 12-1pm because of an emergency. I agree to allow for the time change. I get another call with a voicemail on July 2nd 8:51am the day of the appointment asking if my ac is running by Emily. Been using Gilbert’s for 6 years now. They always provide prompt service and have great technicians. Randy, our latest service technician, easily spotted our issues, corrected the problem, and gave us info on maintenance we should be doing also.

Absolutely phenomenal company! Zach is a phenomenal technician. Super nice and honest guy! He was able to quickly diagnose the problem that one of the capacitors failed, he replaced that, cleaned up our outdoor unit, made sure the indoor furnace was working properly, and we were billed a very fair price. Gilbert's was recommended to us by our neighbor, and I highly recommend them as well.
Zack came to the rescue tonight!! It was a simple fix but he had it under control, in and out in no time, hardly any wait for him to get here(10pm)!!! With these harsh temps, we couldn't wait til morning! Thank you!
