Dr. Heath is absolutely a great doctor.
Dayton Optometric meets all my expectations and more. The office is attractive, clean, and has a calm but friendly feel to it. This is matched by doctors and staff who make you feel like a friend or family. It is COVID safe without being intrusive. They are on time and efficient and at the same time take as much time as you feel you need to answer your questions or concerns. The selection of lenses and frames was excellent. They told my wife on the phone that they take her insurance but when she got there they told her they didn't then tried to get her to pay out of pocket. She desperately needs glasses and now has to wait another 2 weeks to an appointment elsewhere. I don't like the way the doctor spoke to my wife and I dont appreciate trying to make her spend money when I already pay alot for insurance.
