Sold me a truck with body damage, made them aware and ghosted me. Wouldn’t shop here again. Spent $52k
Took my diesel F350 in because of a check engine light that gave a code related to the DEF. They diagnosed it with the same code i got from Autozone. The estimate to fix it was $10,700.00. They basically wanted to replace everything it could possibly be, including the particulate filter. I did not allow them to do the work. I had a professional diesel mechanic advise me to just clean out all the DEF and replace it with new. I am now on my 2000 mile mark after that fix. The check engine light never came back. Dropped off RV for warranty work. Dealer had vechile for almost a month. Couldnt find banging and as soon as I picked it up I heard the banging as I drove away from the dealer. RV Ford chassis dealers are few and Gilbert is the only one that said they could handle the service. Poor communication in the begining until I got frustrated. I would not recommend this dealer for RV chassis work and I have notifed Ford to remove them from the list of RV Ford Chassis work.
