The individual I was assigned to in the service dept was rude, dismissive, and unorganized. Her lack of professionalism cost me a day out of my life for no reason other than her ineptness.
I had an awesome experience at Gilbert Ford in Okeechobee. Nathan was truly helpful from the start. I told him what I was hoping to find and what my needs were for my family. He listened and found me the perfect SUV that checked all the boxes. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate the customer service given from Brandy Cooper! She is by far someone that should be acknowledged for supreme custom care ! Every single time I have brought my truck in I have received nothing but the best from her!
Took my diesel F350 in because of a check engine light that gave a code related to the DEF. They diagnosed it with the same code i got from Autozone. The estimate to fix it was $10,700.00. They basically wanted to replace everything it could possibly be including the particulate filter. I did not allow them to do the work. I had a professional diesel mechanic advise me to just clean out all the DEF and replace it with new. I am now on my 2000 mile mark after that fix. The check engine light never came back.
