Excellent sales service with Nate. I requested text or email for initial contact, not phone call, and first thing in the morning, he texted me about the vehicle I was interested in. He answered every question I had quickly and treated me like I was the only customer he had, even though he was busy. 10am appointment for oil change, tire rotation & wiper blades. It was just before noon before my truck was ready. I can understand an hour but 2? Brandy was apologetic for the delay & she said she gave me a $42.00 credit. I still paid 157.00. Sorry but that's just too much to pay for my service. Thanks anyway. Oh. I had to ask for the oil change sticker so I can keep up with my service.
