Completely unprofessional. I booked 3 hours worth of service, a 30 minute detox, 90 minute foot massage and 60 minute body massage. They didn’t know I had scheduled online and threw me into a cold dark room that clearly had not been prepped. When I asked for a blanket to cover my body I was handed a towel. They started with the 30 minute detox which 15 minutes of that was wasted a broken machine, the water was cold. Foot Reflexology in Gilbert off of Gilbert road and Williamsfield Rd was one of the worst experiences I had in to the 20 years I have been going to reflexology places. My husband and ordered just the foot reflexology not the combo. They seemed perplex but went with it. Then they started whispering. As time went on their voices got louder and louder and they started joking and laughing.
