Foot Reflexology in Gilbert off of Gilbert road and Williamsfield Rd was one of the worst experiences I had in to the 20 years I have been going to reflexology places. My husband and ordered just the foot reflexology not the combo. They seemed perplex but went with it. Then they started whispering. Terrible massage. Switched people midway through the massage. Loud talking throughout. The person who rubbed my back had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She put her elbow so hard into my spine I had pain for 2-weeks afterwards. The man who rubbed my girlfriend’s back reeked of cigarettes. I paid for (2) 90-minute massages. They started late when customers walked in and I could hear the owner calling for backup. Waited 10-minutes while the clock was ticking. And they ended the massage early. My sister and I were there a couple of weeks ago. The massages were ok...average. The lack of privacy and noise from people up and down the hall was awful. They use flimsy see thought curtains on the doorways on each massage room which provides multiple peeping views to people walking up and down the hall. So no privacy or quietness or soothing music. They also do not speak English well at all. I'm guessing they do not get a lot of repeat business here.
