Went to Dr Feb. 17 glasses oedered, was told 3 week for delivery. After waiting one mont, went by the office and was told there was a problem with the glasses and they needed to send back to the lab, Waited another 3 weeks and didnt hear anything. stopped by the office and they said the glasses were there that they didnt have to send them back?????? The lady gave me the glasses and i immediatley notices a scratch in the center of one lens. The lady asked if i wanted to have them replaced. Now i am waiting again for the glass... read more
Had a backup pair of glasses and now they’re saying I basically can’t get them?? You guys suck! Lost a customer.
Dr. Polo is the best!
Dr Polo was ok but everyone else had a strange vibe and Tammy was just rude and seemed bothered that she was at work. It was so easy to get a quick appointment and now I know why. Y’all weird!
