Super Services I would recommend this facility to everyone. They always give their best services. My grandfather just had a recent stay at Bay Point and it was perfect. The staff really care about their patients. At first we were turned off by the the outdated and run down appearance of the building, but after touring the facility we felt the warmth and love of the staff. The tour was very welcoming. Best One I had a great experience at Gilbert Eyecare. I would surely recommend it to anyone. All the staff members were very cooperative and helpful. Overall good facilities were provided. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. (Edited May 12, 2017)

Clear, professional, clean I had a great experience at Gilbert Eyecare. The doctor and staff were very professional and clear. Facility was clean. I would recommend to anyone.
Do not go here!!! I made an appointment 1 1/2 months ago and gave them my insurance information. I specifically asked if they accepted my insurance. When I showed up to my appointment, they told me they were out of network and they were sorry they forgot to call and verify my co-pays. When I called my insurance, they said they pulled out two weeks ago. Thanks for the phone call!!
