I walked in this store for some retail therapy. After being in the store for about 15 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff, I felt unwanted. The staff never said hello, and they never asked if there was anything they could help me find. It was a terrible feeling, I’ll never go back.
Well curated, super friendly staff.
First I want to say that I worked in retail for years and I never write reviews, ever, but I was in this shop earlier today and was absolutely stunned by the ABYSMAL treatment my friend and I received. The two women working never greeted us, and barely spoke to us despite us being the ONLY people in the store. My friend even bought something and the woman ringing her up didn’t speak to her so neither of us had any idea the transaction was over! It was insulting! Listen ladies- the store isn’t that great!
