Friendly and upfront with everything. All the workers are great and work hard. Project Mgr Jerrod Gilbert on top of everything, very approachable.
The team at Gilbert Design did a great job on the feature wall of our home. They removed an eyesore of a shelved entertainment center that was built into the wall and left it looking like it had never existed! Great job by the entire team from Katie at the design phase, to Adam doing the actual renovation work. Thanks also to the project managers who put it all together.
Our new tub to shower conversion is an incredible upgrade. All the work by Gilbert Design was performed beautifully with excellent quality materials. The demolition and installation crew were professional and kept the construction debris to a very minimum. The plumbing installation was just as good. The shower tile floor and grout are gorgeous. The project was supposed to be 8 to 10 weeks, and it took a total of 26 weeks. *Half the order came in wrong. *The contractors they use are more day laborers than skilled contractors "5 painters, 4 drywallers." *They bait and switch you on products like "can lights, kick plate lights." *They offered smart home switches, but ordered products that do not use the switches. *They never met an inspector here once, and they told us that they would be here for all inspections.
