I never leave reviews but this company is absolutely ridiculous. They have charged my card unauthorized three times. They ran the card 5+ times then moved to another one. When I called and asked about it all they said was “I’ll tell the billing department”. Called back multiple times and “I’ll tell the billing department”. The therapist I was seeing was dodging me for 3 weeks, then charged me a $135 missed appointment fee. I love my therapist and I have grown so much! Thankful for her genuine kindness and the support she gives me! The billing team does not have good communication.
This might be the first bad review I have ever left a company. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of communication from the Lindsay and Elliott office. I have tried calling and emailing multiple times since 9/16/25 to get an update on my daughter's progress. Even now, 2 weeks after permission was granted to speak with me, I have not received a call or email response. The handling of my daughter's care is extremely concerning.
