interesting that all negative truthful reviews have been removed. DO NOT RENT HERE. APARTMENTS ENTERED ILLEGALLY. ITEMS STOLEN. POISON PUT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR. ANIMALS TEASED. 2 SEXUAL ASSAULTS BY MAINTENENCE GUY. MANAGEMENT WOMAN DOES NOT TELL TRUTH. STEALS DEPOSITS. WARNING.. DO NOT RENT HERE.

I was visting a friend who lives at the Gilbert Clock Aptmeants. The manger had the gut's to tell me I can't park on the property cause I had out of state plates on my car. Who would have thought that it mattered what plates you have for your car to vist friends. I would never live there or vist again.

Beware-the manager here will make up laws and rules as she feels fit. they will threaten you or just bully u as to how they want you. she will hand you a bucnh of b/s to get you to sign the lease and then she then turns her back on you. she won't answer rthe phone,locks the office so you can't go in and if you'r really on list, she makes up things. the apartments are great,it's the managment that is the PITS.

Friend of mine... Al sent me his address, I checked on the computer,, his apt. is same 13 Wallwer st.. since we hace a very old family clock with nade in Winsted Conn....I am not famaliar with this area,, so evidently this is the place where the clock was made well over one hundred yrs ago , as the clock belonged to the granparents.. The clock is in good working order... every day it chimes the time of day...
