It was amazing nice staff.
I've been going to Dr. Gilani for years and wanted to leave a positive review after surprisingly seeing two prior negative ones. I find her kind, caring and compassionate. I have never once had an issue in the over six year span that I've been a patient. Blood work is very conveniently located right next store, so fast prior to appt if you may need it and knock them both out at the same time.
She actually literally tries to kill you with overprescribing medicine. When I asked for a second opinion they were surprised that a doctor would even prescribe that as a treatment!
Doctor is really nice but the receptionist, I think they need more training in customer service, I called them twice and they are not that excellent when it comes to customer service, unlike the staff and nurses at UMMC
