Air conditioner leaked for over a year in my hall and I had to keep a bucket under it, months later the upstairs neighbor flooded causing my apartment ceiling, wall and damage, my apartment was a wreck for 8 months but I still had to pay the full rent amount and then the carpet / floor installers unplugged my refrigerator during installation for three days and ALL my food ruined and again NO ONE REIMBURSED ME A PENNY !
