Clarissa is a beautiful caring lady helped me with my lease made sure I was okay with it. I'd been really sick and her compassion was so much needed.
My experience with the Madrean Vista Apartments was awesome. The prop. manager Clarissa was so helpful friendly and knowledgeable about the property. With the stress of moving for a job I’m glad this was a something I didn’t have to stress about. The put new appliances, carpeting, flooring, and repainted the whole apartment. If you have to move to the Safford/Thatcher Az. area check them out.
My family and I have had the pleasure of living here for the past six years, and it has truly been a place we’ve been proud to call home. Over the years, we’ve created so many memories, and we’re grateful for the comfort, safety, and sense of community this complex has provided. Do not, under any circumstances, apply to live here. Was lied to about being approved, jerked around for a MONTH only to be told we were denied because of credit after weeks of not hearing anything after being told again that we WERE approved and could sign the lease and move in on the 13th. Out over 100$ and a month of time trying to find a place to live. The lady that gave us the tour was such a sweet heart to me and my wife. Apologies for not remembering her name but she took the time to really hear us out on our story and current situation and believe me, that's a gem to value. Not many employees nowadays are willing to hear you out despite how society is today.
