No idea why this isn’t showing publicly but for the love of god save yourself the headache. Gil mislead us at every step of the process, didn’t disclose he was representing both the owner and the prospective tenant, and was perfectly content to allow my wife and I to wind up homeless because he refused to enforce a signed lease, going so far as to ask me “what do you want me to do”. Beware!! Accepted my offer and took my funds for deposit then blocked all calls for 30 days. After the “sellers attorney” issued my money back and they said they’re going with another offer! Be careful sending money to him!
Gil is my go-to person for ALL things real estate. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I always recommend Gil to any/every person I know.
