I had the roof and gutters replaced by Gikas Roofing . Project Manager Mr. ILKAN was the best. He was available during the course of construction and was able to make a last minute change of colors for the gutter replacement from white to black the morning of installation. The roofing crew were most efficient with their time finishing the job in 48 hours. This results in minimal noise and inconvenience while working from home.
I am so grateful for George’s experience and expertise. Even on the initial home visit, when I had a leak in my ceiling but I wasn’t sure where it was coming from, he went above and beyond in taking time out to educate me! He is fair and personable.

Let's face it, who gets excited about having to replace a roof down to the bottom? It's expensive and messy and who even notices a roof? Well, Gikas had a crew of 10 or so people strip it down, ferry up plywood and rebuild it (their organization and production is truly amazing to watch) and it was done in 4 days. What a time waste! Luis is one of the consultants. He came for an estimate. Wasted my half-hour. He told me someone would come and check the roof. Nobody shows up. I remind him of the quotation. No response.
