I have been trying to get Gikas to come back and address installation issues since the project was completed 4 years ago. They have not returned phone calls or sent anyone to look in that time. Now I have several active leaks in those areas. Supposedly the roof came with a 35 year workmanship guarantee. If someone would like to honor that I would appreciate it before there is major damage to the inside of my home.
I had the roof and gutters replaced by Gikas Roofing . Project Manager Mr. ILKAN was the best. He was available during the course of construction and was able to make a last minute change of colors for the gutter replacement from white to black the morning of installation. The roofing crew were most efficient with their time finishing the job in 48 hours. This results in minimal noise and inconvenience while working from home.
I am so grateful for George’s experience and expertise. Even on the initial home visit, when I had a leak in my ceiling but I wasn’t sure where it was coming from, he went above and beyond in taking time out to educate me! He is fair and personable.
Had an amazing experience with Gikas Roofing! Riley was super easy to work with and educated me about the process. He made getting a new roof a breeze. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Also had the pleasure of meeting Paul, who came back with Riley, to make some last minute touch ups and ensure everything was perfect! Highly recommend them
