Customer service was generally great during the design phase. Lead time on my order of 6 panels was about 45 days which was disappointing but not the end of the world. My biggest issue is that they delivered these decorative panels with STICKERS on them to cover the mounting holes. For something that otherwise has a fairly premium look, this just looks tacky. Especially when they don't match and are crooked. I'm going to have to fix this myself but surely they could come up with a better way to construct these panels that do... read more
I ordered acoustic panels from GIK Acoustics in December, and unfortunately my experience trying to resolve a simple issue with the order has been very frustrating. When the panels arrived, I discovered the shipment was missing 8 screws required to mount the panels, which meant I couldn’t install them. Since then, I’ve sent five emails to customer support trying to resolve the issue. Three of those emails received no response at all. Don't buy any more components, get your space treated with GIK products and thank the team later! There is a day and night difference when installed. You'll finally (hoepfully) get to enjoy the music alone only!
