This was a pretty miserable experience. I ordered over $1000 worth of panels from GIK in December and finally now in March have I had my order appropriately fulfilled. Not only were the shipments delayed, and arrived on different days, but each shipment had breakage (and there was no visible damage to the shipping boxes). Then the replacement panels were also shipped with broken panels, and the broken pieces weren't even in the box (but still they tried to blame it on mishandled shipping).
